Az olasz Nemzeti Kutatási Tanács (Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche, CNR) csatlakozna a következő felhíváshoz kapcsolódóan alakuló konzorciumhoz: HORIZON-MISS-2026-04-CIT-02 "Transition to low-temperature heating solutions in multi-apartment buildings".

Az  SJSC (Latvian Railways) a lettországi állami vasúti infrastruktúra üzemeltetéséért felelős állami  vállalatként csatlakozna alakuló konzorciumhoz a Cities Mission „HORIZON-MISS-2027-04 Supporting the implementation of the Climate-Neutral and Smart” pályázatának bármely, vasúti infrastruktúrához kötődő tapasztalatot igénylő felhívásához.
